Brand identity
A brand identity is a system, not a logo. It is the set of decisions about type, color, image and layout that lets someone recognize you on a shelf, in an inbox and on a phone screen without reading your name.
We design that system to express your positioning. If you have already been through Brand Foundations with us, the platform becomes the brief. If you have a strategy from elsewhere, we start by reading it closely and asking what it means visually. Our team has designed for Estée Lauder, Calvin Klein, Condé Nast, La Mer and Jo Malone. That craft is the standard we bring to every brand, whatever its size.
An identity your team can run
-
Everything a team needs to show up consistently, delivered as a system rather than a set of files. Logo and wordmark: a primary mark, secondary marks and lockups that work at every size, from app icon to signage. Visual system: color, typography, imagery direction, illustration and iconography, with rules for how they combine. Packaging: structure, hierarchy and print-ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging, built with your manufacturer’s specs in mind. Brand guidelines: a practical document your team, agencies and partners can actually follow, covering voice, visuals and the most common use cases. Website design: UI design for your marketing site or patient-facing pages, developed by us on Squarespace and Shopify or handed to your development partner as a complete design system.
-
Five steps, usually eight to twelve weeks depending on scope. 1. Foundations: if you have a brand platform we start from it; if not, we run a short strategy sprint first so the identity has something to express. 2. Territories: two or three distinct creative directions, shown in context on real touchpoints rather than as a logo on a white page. 3. Development: we refine the chosen direction into a complete system of marks, color, type, imagery and layout. 4. Application: packaging, website, templates and the touchpoints that matter most to your launch. 5. Guidelines and handover: a practical brand guide, organized files and a walkthrough with your team, then ongoing support if you want it.
-
BELLAME: a beauty brand system that blends science and indulgence and holds together across products, social and sales materials, built to keep pace with a fast-growing business. FURI Sport: a challenger identity for a tennis brand, carried through product, packaging and campaign design so a new name could stand next to established players. VivaEve: the move from the SpectraFem name to a brand built for an integrated women’s specialty care destination, with an identity that feels personal rather than clinical. You can see these and more in our case studies, and we are happy to walk you through the thinking behind any of them on a call.
How It Works
How It Works
Step 1:
Consultation call
A free 30-minute call to understand your brand, where it is headed and what is getting in the way. No pitch, just questions.
Step 2:
Onboarding
We set you up in a shared portal, gather your existing assets and agree on how we will work together. Most clients are onboarded within a week.
Step 3:
Trial project
We start with something small and real: a campaign, a landing page, a piece of the strategy. You see how we think before you commit to more.
Step 4:
Ongoing partnership
From there, we scale to whatever your brand needs, from a full strategy engagement to a standing retainer. Many of our clients have worked with us for years.
